VISION
In the future, Municipal Engineering Office is an efficient and effective department of the Local Government of Talisay by having a high skilled technical and professional personnel, looking forward to a quality life of the people of Talisay, through construction of quality private/public infrastructure such as roads, bridges, flood control, waterworks, school buildings, and multi-purpose buildings, industrial and commercial buildings.
MISSION
To provide a quality public service and manage infrastructure facilities responsive to the needs of the people of Talisay in the pursuit of local development objectives. To provide the people of Talisay a better quality of life through the implementation of effective and efficient programs and projects concerning public and private infrastructure development.
